Job summary

Title Closing Services, LLC is seeking a Settlement Processor to review and process new settlement orders and prepare closing documents for real estate settlements in Morristown, NJ. The role serves as the primary contact for customers to facilitate a smooth closing.

The position requires attention to detail and strong communication with lenders, attorneys, and clients. Base salary ranges from $67,500 to $85,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; paralegal cert preferred.
• Paralegal education or certificate preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Title producer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes new settlement orders; follows up on documents to closing.
• Coordinates HUD-1/Closing Disclosures and lender packages for settlements.
• Gathers information from all parties prior to closing and communicates with lenders.
• Maintains client management system and updates customers on status.
• Prepares and schedules closings; supports the exam and attorney network as needed.
• Responds to requests quickly and ensures timely closing with all parties.
