Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage closing and funding processes.
• Familiarity with closing documents and title requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedules loan closing, reviews and types closing documents per loan conditions.
• Ensures mortgage loans are funded accurately and timely.
• Assembles documents for delivery to title company, broker, or lending officer.
• Verifies disclosures and balances Closing Disclosure with lender prior to closing.
• Coordinates funding authorization to disburse funds.
• Ensures payment of liens and payoff amounts at closing.
• Ensures documents are properly executed and presented to all parties.
• Reviews preclosing and final closing documents for accuracy.
• Delivers final file to Post Closing.
