Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspections and assist with repairs.
• Manage contracts from buyers and sellers to close promptly.
• Enter client data into the database and ensure file compliance.
• Verify signatures and dates on documents to complete the sales process quickly.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, lenders, title agents, and agents.
• Keep a real estate license current with ongoing training.
• Coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, and oversee item resolution.
• Prepare timelines and reminders for all involved parties.
• Input client information and track transaction activities.
