Responsibilities

• Conduct closings in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with lenders to prepare disclosures and fund post-closing.
• Prepare closing documents, deeds, and other closing support documents.
• Balance closing figures with lenders and verify settlement information for accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, municipalities, and team members to move files forward, focusing on service and coordination.
