Job summary

McMichael & Gray, PC is looking for an Agent Service Representative in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This role serves as the liaison between real estate agents and the law firm, providing a concierge service throughout the closing process. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and will communicate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction.

This position requires office attendance Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and would involve managing various responsibilities including coordinating closing appointments and working closely with attorneys on title clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, transaction coordinating, and pre-closing/processing.
• Eligible candidates must be located in the firm’s satellite office in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout closing transactions.
• Receive contracts and direct files to appropriate client team.
• Confirm contact information in firm software.
• Request specified documents related to contracts and title.
• Work with attorneys on title clearance issues.
• Coordinate closing appointments with transaction parties.
• Use software to track closing process and produce reports.
