Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia (must be admitted to the Georgia Bar).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
