Overview

We’re a fast-moving LAND Development company seeking a persuasive, process-driven Closer to close land deals and drive files to the finish line. If you’ve closed U.S. land or wholesaling deals for 2+ years, handle objections we want you.

Responsibilities

• Close Sellers: Run discovery, build rapport, present offers, handle objections, and secure signed agreements
• Price & Offers: Make offers to sellers
• Deal Saves: Re-negotiate price/terms after due diligence, rescue stalled files, manage extensions, keep sellers engaged

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling or LAND (seller acquisitions/closing)
• Proven negotiation & objection handling (timeline, price, other decision-makers, competing offers)
• Comfortable discussing title/escrow, EMD, curative issues, double close vs assignment
• Strong English (spoken & written) and professional call etiquette; clear, concise follow-ups
