Job description

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our growing title team. This position is responsible for coordinating residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to completion, preparing and reviewing closing documents, ordering title searches and lien searches, communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, and ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

The Real Estate Closer will also prepare settlement statements, coordinate signing appointments, obtain necessary payoffs and documentation, collect and disburse funds, record closing documents, and complete post-closing tasks.

The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with Florida real estate transactions and title work.
