Qualifications

• Experience in client service or brokerage support within real estate.
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client service and brokerage support activities
• Assist with client communications, meeting prep, follow-up and project coordination
• Coordinate property information, listings materials, marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
• Maintain CRM data, client records, prospect lists, follow-up tracking, and broker activity
• Help ensure listings, brochures, online materials, and client-facing documents are accurate, polished, and current
• Assist with email campaigns, property marketing, social media support, and other business development initiatives
• Maintain organized files, templates, checklists, and internal tracking systems
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, vendors, and partners to help keep projects and deliverables moving
• Provide select scheduling, calendar, and administrative support as needed
