The Bob & Ronna Group is expanding its in-office sales team in Maryland and Virginia, including Frederick, Ellicott City, Towson, and Chantilly. The role emphasizes building relationships, managing inquiries via calls, texts, and emails, and collaborating with the sales team to drive results.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland and/or Virginia real estate license and excel at communication, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems.
• Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs.
• Maintain relationships and engage with past clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals.
