Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting listings, coordinating showings (in person or virtual), and advising on pricing, offers, and negotiations, with collaboration among lenders and title companies.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License with understanding of state regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate sales, listing, marketing, and closing residential deals.
• Strong sales and customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proficient with digital tools for communication and virtual showings.
• Familiarity with Maryland market trends.
• Proficiency with MLS, CRM, and basic office software.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple clients and transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time or part time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland. The agent will manage client relationships, conduct virtual consultations, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting listings, coordinating property showings (in person or via virtual tools), and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiations. The agent will also prepare and review contracts and related documents, collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations. The role requires consistent communication, accurate documentation, and proactive support to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing residential transactions is a plus.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools for communication, document management, and virtual showings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with local market trends in Maryland is a plus.
• Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editing).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
