Responsibilities

• Contact heirs, former property owners, and lienholders entitled to surplus funds from county property sales, foreclosures, and auctions.
• Research claimants, properties, and entities through public records, databases, and online tools to untangle the chain of entitlement.
• Build trust with skeptical strangers and close signed client agreements.
• Coordinate with title companies and attorneys, including court actions when needed.
• Manage each file from first contact through final collection — juggling multiple active matters at once.

My client, a premier unclaimed assets recovery firm that has recovered more than $1 billion for clients since 2000, is seeking a Claims Manager to own the full lifecycle of high-value claims tied to real estate surplus funds.

If you're a strong commission salesperson who thinks like an investigator — someone who already understands that signing the client is only the beginning of the transaction — this is a rare opportunity to build a career in a niche, high-reward industry.

Position is based in-office 5 days a week in Modesto, CA (1120 13th St A, Modesto, CA 95354), with minimal travel — mostly local, with occasional overnights only for reps chasing hard-to-reach contacts. Remote candidates with the right background will also be considered.

• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $150K
• Commission: 10% on cumulative annual net profit up to $1,250,000; 15% from $1,250,001–$1,750,000; 20% above $1,750,000 — paid in addition to guaranteed salary
• At-plan earnings: $150K+
• Top reps earning: $400K+

What You'll Be Doing
