You will support secured financing solutions for US equity business and fund-level facilities, advancing relationships with lenders and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in debt capital markets or real estate finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with brokers, banks, and investors

Qualifikationen

• University degree preferred.
• 2+ years in real estate capital markets or related finance.
• Experience evaluating financing options across banks, insurers, funds.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate due diligence between investment team and lenders for equity and debt financing.
• Prepare initial financing offering memorandums for financing requests.
• Assist with financial analysis of lender quotes and hedging strategies.
• Support loan/ facility closing process with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with external market participants and lenders.
• Coordinate diligence and information flow among internal teams, lenders and advisors.
