Job summary

Nuveen Real Estate, part of Nuveen and a leading world real estate investment manager, seeks an AVP of Real Estate Investment Marketing to drive strategies supporting capital raising and investor communications for U.S.-focused opportunities.

You will lead cross‑functional marketing efforts across collateral, digital content, events and client communications, partnering with product and investment teams to differentiate offerings for institutional investors globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in financial services, asset management or investment marketing.
• Seven years in financial services, asset management or investment marketing is preferred.
• Experience with institutional investor audiences, sales teams and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for real estate products and strategies.
• Collaborate with brand, design, content, events and digital teams to deliver coordinated initiatives.
• Lead product-specific marketing plans for institutional real estate strategies.
• Research market opportunities, client needs and sales feedback to inform positioning.
• Differentiate real estate strategies across collateral and campaigns using sales insights.
• Create and manage real estate collateral and materials aligned with priorities.
• Manage editorial calendar and production for real estate content to support milestones.
• Support digital marketing initiatives including website content and email campaigns.
• Coordinate Nuveen’s participation in real estate industry events.
• Maintain collateral across platforms and ensure timely updates.
