Join Our Team as a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent

Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re seeking an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. Your role will involve hunting for leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and assessing their needs to find the perfect property. Responsibilities:
  1. Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers to ensure seamless transactions and positive sales experiences.
  2. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  3. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide information on available properties that meet their needs and budgets.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact between buyer and seller to facilitate successful sales.
  5. Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to the local real estate market.
  6. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with the local real estate market and current industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
  • Valid Ontario Real Estate License and ability to travel by car.
  • Proven record of sales success.
  • Sufficient knowledge of local real estate market conditions and recent trends.
Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 per year
