Options include residential buyer leads, sellers, renters, and commercial real estate leads. We are hiring in our MA offices, with leads available across Massachusetts.
Our proven strategy focuses on high-volume leads. For example, one agent closed a $22 million sale from our leads. Our sustainable lead system is designed for a small group.
Founded in Boston in 2007 (Boston City Properties), we expanded nationally and now have 14 small offices across 14 states.
We provide our agents with at least 10+ leads weekly, sourced from various channels, including Zillow. Our system has remained consistent since 2007 and is effective for small groups. We primarily offer inbound leads.
We have an abundance of residential buyer leads, along with incoming seller leads. Options also include luxury apartment rentals and listings.
Our commercial leads mainly involve lease opportunities for office, restaurant, retail, industrial spaces, and larger investor leads.
Agents start with a 75% commission split on their own leads for the first 3 years, with a $5,000 cap. After 3 years, agents keep 100% of their leads' commissions. We also provide clients at a 50/50 split, and agents who buy or sell their own properties earn a 100% split. Long-term agents (10-15+ years) may receive backup leads as needed.
There are no desk or transaction fees—this is genuine. Our lead system relies on low turnover; the first agent hired in 2007 still works with us. We seek agents committed to closing sales and staying long-term.
