Job summary

Reynolds EmpowerHome Team is seeking a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate negotiations, and close the sale for buyers' dream homes.

This role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a drive to deliver a positive client experience. You will work with Maryland buyers, use the CRM, attend open houses, and participate in weekly sales meetings.

• Active Real Estate License (Maryland).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
