Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and CRM experience.
• Independent, team-oriented, and able to work autonomously with a driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; full-time real estate focus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct CMA analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements per regulations.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect current market conditions.
• Present, market, and promote residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
