Windermere Real Estate in Auburn, WA is seeking a motivated Broker to join our collaborative team. You’ll be more than a salesperson—an advisor guiding clients through their home buying or selling journey.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, conducting market analyses, preparing contracts and closing statements, maintaining listings, and presenting properties to buyers and investors. Must be licensed or enrolled, with a proven sales record and strong communication and negotiation

Formación

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions confidently.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with common CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for property visits and client meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation.
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
