Windermere Summit invites aspiring real estate professionals to launch their careers within a premier training environment in Washington. You begin as a full licensee from day one, earning commissions while you learn, and you will be mentored by Shelly Bean within a cohort-driven program.

Participants benefit from lead generation training, in-house transaction coordination, and access to Windermere’s 6,500+ agent network across 10 states, along with structured weekly classes and quarterly

Qualifications

• Must enroll as full-time real estate agent in WA.
• Commit to 15+ hours weekly training.
• Active WA real estate license or expected completion within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
• Dedicate 10–15 hours per week to our structured training program.
• Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business.
