Job summary

Windermere Summit invites you to launch your real estate career through a training-forward program designed for new brokers. You will join a cohort-led system with mentorship from Shelly Bean, who guides you from day one toward confident practice.

As an independent contractor building your own business, you will work with buyers and sellers, master lead generation, and navigate marketing and transactions. With Windermere’s extensive agent network and ongoing coaching, you can earn while learning

Qualifications

• Must be going into real estate as a full-time agent.
• Active WA real estate license or expected to complete within 60 days.
• Commitment to 10–15 hours per week of structured training.
• Willing to join a cohort of 10 new agents per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
• Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to structured training program.
• Comply with expectations of the program to grow and launch your business.
