Windermere Summit in Washington is launching a real estate career path with training, mentorship, and a culture designed for new brokers. You become a full licensee from day one, earning commissions while you learn, backed by a structured two-phase program and dedicated mentorship.

• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
