Job summary

Windermere Summit in Washington state invites aspiring real estate professionals to join a broker-training environment where you are a full licensee from day one, earning commissions while you learn and are mentored. A new agent learns through Ready–Set–Go fundamentals and cohort‑based coaching led by Shelly Bean.

You will build your own real estate business as an independent contractor, follow internal protocols for buyers and sellers, and participate in lead generation, marketing, and coaching

Qualifications

• Must be going into real estate as a full-time agent.
• 15+ hours weekly training commitment.
• Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
