Job summary

Windermere Summit invites aspiring real estate agents to join a cohort-based training environment where you become a full licensee from day one and earn while learning. The program includes weekly classes, mentorship, and hands-on lead generation and marketing support.

You will train through structured modules, with dedicated mentor guidance, in-house transaction coordination, and access to Windermere’s extensive agent network across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must be going into real estate as a full-time agent.
• Commitment of 15+ hours weekly training.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
• Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program.
• Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business.
