Qualifications

• 10+ to 15+ hours weekly structured training is required.
• Active WA real estate license or acceptance to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
