Qualifications

Role Description

The Real Estate Broker will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Greenville, SC, specializing in retail commercial properties. Responsibilities include sourcing and listing retail properties, prospecting and qualifying tenants and buyers, and representing landlords and tenants in lease and sale negotiations. The role involves preparing and presenting marketing materials, conducting market and site analyses, touring properties with clients, and managing transaction workflows from initial contact through closing. The broker will collaborate on investment sales and retail development opportunities, maintain accurate records in CRM and brokerage systems, and build long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a focus on commercial and retail properties.
• Demonstrated Customer Service and Sales skills, including client relationship management and deal negotiation.
• Solid understanding of Real Property concepts, lease structures, and investment fundamentals.
• Active real estate salesperson or broker license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC, and regularly visit properties and meet with clients.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and online listing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate or retail leasing/sales is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
