Role Description

This hybrid Real Estate Broker role is based in the Greater Chicago Area, with a mix of in-office, on-site property visits, and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, listing and showing properties, conducting market analyses, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating purchase agreements and contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships through timely communication, delivering high-quality customer service, and staying informed about market trends and neighborhood developments. The broker will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful closings and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Brokerage and Real Estate, including managing transactions and advising clients on market conditions.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build relationships, handle objections, and provide a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, legal considerations, and local market dynamics.
• Active real estate broker license (Illinois) or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
