@properties Christie's International Real Estate in Chicago is seeking a full-time Real Estate Broker for a hybrid role serving the Greater Chicago Area, primarily Northwest Suburbs. You will represent buyers and sellers, conduct market analyses, listings, showings, and negotiate offers.

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with experience in residential property transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, active listening, and client relationship management.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Candidates should possess a working knowledge of Real Property principles, local market conditions, and basic contract and regulatory requirements.
• Active real estate broker or salesperson license in Illinois (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).

The broker will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, prepare accurate documentation, and use company technology and marketing tools to promote listings and build a personal client portfolio.
