You will advise clients on real estate investments, sale-leasebacks, tax strategies, and real estate financing, lending, and transactions, working closely with clients to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong experience with leasing, real estate transactions and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
