Simpson Judge USA is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its New York team. The role offers exposure to institutional investors, lenders, developers, landlords, and tenants on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of CRE experience, NY Bar admission, and strong drafting and negotiation skills to manage complex deals from negotiation through closing.

• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documents.
• Admitted to the New York Bar and strong academic credentials.

A leading international law firm with a highly regarded Real Estate practice is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join its New York team. The firm advises major institutional investors, lenders, developers, landlords, and tenants on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a range of commercial real estate financing and leasing transactions
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees, leases, amendments, and related documents
• Represent lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and developers throughout transactions
