Location

Primarily in‑office in New York's Hudson Valley, with limited flexibility available in certain circumstances. We prefer local candidates who enjoy collaborating closely with clients and colleagues.

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and have at least 3 years of real estate law experience. Commercial real estate transaction experience is highly desirable.

• Advise clients regarding zoning, land use, development, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and closings.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, developers, brokers, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver outstanding client service.
