Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex real estate transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters.
• Conduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
• Maintain current knowledge of laws, regulations, and market developments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
