Austin office is seeking Real Estate Attorney to join well established group. This position provides an exciting opportunity for growth within the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex legal drafting in acquisitions, development, and commercial planned communities. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

Familiarity with acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate in a law firm experience is required. Candidates with 2+ years of experience, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience in an Am Law 200 firm are encouraged to apply!
