Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and TX bar admission.
• 3–7 years of experience in corporate or real estate law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
• Counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters.
• Conduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactions.
