Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney for its Austin office to join a well-established group. The role focuses on complex drafting for acquisitions, development, and commercial planned communities within a law firm setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial real estate experience and familiarity with acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development. Am Law 200 exposure is encouraged, with a culture that rewards initiative and mentorship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
