Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our client in Southern Pines, NC. The attorney will independently manage a real estate docket, draft documents, and represent clients in real estate matters across North and South Carolina.

Candidates should have a JD from an accredited school, an active NC or SC license, and at least 1 year of experience; new graduates may apply for associate roles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles.
• Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
