BCG Attorney Search is actively seeking a Real Estate Attorney in Fayetteville, NC to join a dynamic team serving North and South Carolina. The role offers opportunities to handle real estate matters, support related litigation, and contribute to creditors' rights matters in a collegial firm environment.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, an active NC and/or SC license, and 1+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles.
• Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution.
• Attend court proceedings including trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
