Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution. Attend court proceedings including trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and legal memoranda. Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Collaborate with team members across multiple offices.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles. Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
