BCG Attorney Search seeks a Real Estate Attorney to join our Charlotte, NC practice. The role offers growth with a dynamic team serving North and South Carolina clients.

You will manage matters from start to finish, participate in court proceedings, and draft essential legal documents, while collaborating across offices. Ideal candidates hold a JD and an active NC/SC license, with 1+ years of experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles.
• Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution.
