Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Leland, NC to join a dynamic regional practice. You will manage a caseload from inception to resolution, appear in court proceedings, and draft pleadings, contracts, and related documents.

The ideal candidate has a JD, NC or SC license, 1+ years' experience (or strong associate candidate), and solid written/verbal communication, organization, and collaboration skills. A supportive firm culture and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered for associate roles.
