  • Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, loan documents, and closing documents.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Attend necessary hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines.
