Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and risk analysis to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff for comprehensive case management.
