Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc seeks a Real Estate Transactions Associate for its Seattle office. You will represent lenders, investors, and developers with emphasis on real estate lending and joint venture financing.

Ideal candidates have JD, Washington Bar membership, and 2–6+ years of real estate transactional experience; strong writing skills and tax credit transaction experience are a plus. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Washington State Bar membership is required.
• Juris Doctor degree (JD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, investors, and developers in real estate matters.
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements for real estate deals.
• Facilitate secured lending transactions and joint venture financing.
• Assist with transactions involving state and federal tax credits.

Your New Role:

This is your chance to join a powerhouse regional law firm as the newest Real Estate Transactions Associate in their Seattle office! In this role, you’ll represent lenders, investors, and developers.

Your focus will be real estate lending and joint venture financing. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, facilitating secured lending transactions, and applying for state and federal tax credits.

Competitive candidates will have a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and experience with transactions involving tax credits.
