Jobot seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to handle high-profile real estate transactions in a full-time, permanent role. You will manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, and related loan documentation while advising clients on real estate and contract matters.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, IL license, and 5+ years of CRE experience, with strong writing, negotiation, and client-relations skills. Health and retirement benefits are offered.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and bar admission in the state.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial law, leases, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, and entitlements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, title review, and survey review for real estate transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate financing transactions and loan documentation.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including lease agreements, contract law, and property law.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal writing to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Solve complex legal problems using analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ensure legal compliance in all transactions and processes.
• Manage legal cases using legal software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a deep understanding of commercial law, property law, and legal compliance.

• Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, and entitlements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial law, lease agreements, property law, and legal compliance.
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract law.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
