Job summary

Brixmor Property Group is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our Regional Legal Services team, focusing on commercial retail leasing. The role drafts, reviews and negotiates leases, amendments and related agreements under the VP's guidance, and manages leasing transactions from inception to execution.

You will collaborate with tenants, tenant counsel, brokers and internal business teams, identify routine issues, elevate significant matters, and contribute to a fast-paced, transaction-driven

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases.
• Retail leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Attorney

This position will work under the direction of the VP of Regional Legal Services and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, lease amendments, and related commercial real estate agreements.
