Job summary

Jobot seeks a Real Estate Development Attorney/Land Use Attorney in Grand Rapids. A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and MI bar admission are required, with 2+ years in commercial real estate, development, land use, or related areas.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, development, land use, zoning, energy & sustainability, municipal law, regulatory, or related practice areas preferred.
• Experience working with developers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants on development projects is a plus.
• Interest in developing expertise in renewable energy and sustainability policies against the backdrop of rapidly evolving technologies.

Job Details

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
