The successful candidate will gain exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing matters while working alongside highly regarded real estate practitioners.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school




• Approximately 3-8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience




• Experience with a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions




• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and transaction-management skills




• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities




• High level of academic achievement




• Ability to work effectively within large, collaborative deal teams




• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




• Prior experience at a leading law firm preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 annually
