You will handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile matters. The position offers a hybrid work model with remote Fridays.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions at a law firm.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, or leasing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters and work in a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Experience at an established commercial law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
