Job summary

RFP Homes is seeking motivated Real Estate Associates to market investment opportunities, build relationships with investors, generate leads, and close real estate deals in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role offers uncapped commission potential ($200,000–$400,000+), weekly payouts, and access to CRM tools and training. You will market off-market properties via Facebook and other online communities, nurture relationships, and drive deals to close.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
• Texas Real Estate License required within 45 days of your start date.
• Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility.
• 100% commission-based compensation is offered.

Responsibilities

• Market off-market real estate opportunities through Facebook, social media, and online communities.
• Generate leads through social media, networking, referrals, prospecting, and outbound outreach.
• Connect with real estate investors and qualified prospects.
• Promote investment properties and identify potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, email, text, and social media.
• Build and manage a pipeline of investors and prospects.
• Prospect through Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Execute email and social media campaigns.
• Build strong investor relationships and help close deals.
