Job summary

RFP Homes in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking driven sales professionals to build their own business within a proven framework. This 100% commission, 1099 role offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers reaching $15,000–$25,000 per month by month 5 or 6, backed by warm leads and hands-on training.

You will engage investor leads from marketing, connect buyers with exclusive off-market properties, and own the client relationship from first call to closing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in any industry with a proven closing track record.
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge.
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset.
• Lives in or relocating to DFW.

One Thing to Know

This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate\'s responsibility.
