RFP Homes is seeking driven sales professionals to build their own business within a proven framework in one of America’s hottest real estate markets. You’ll engage investor leads, connect them with exclusive off-market properties, and own the client relationship from first call through closing.

This 100% commission 1099 role offers warm leads, training, and a clear path to advanced roles. You’ll operate in the Fort Worth & Dallas, TX area as you pursue a lucrative, uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close.
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge.
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset.
• Lives in or relocating to DFW
